SCVA has announced the 2020-21 tryout dates and season.  12u-14u will have a "normal" season. 15u-18u teams will start 2 months earlier than normal, break in December and return with competition late January.  It's sure to be an exciting season with lots of volleyball and fun.   Mark your calendars with the following dates: 

• 15u-18u Tryout Dates: September 19-20th

• 15u-18u Commitment Night: September 22nd

• 11u-14u Tryouts Dates: October 3rd-4th

• 11u-14u Commitment Night: October 6th 

Clinics and Classes available leading up to tryouts with plenty of opportunities for players to improve skills.  Registration is now open. 

Tryout Info

Ignite tryouts are typically 2 days. Day 1 is skill based with drills and individual evaluation. Day 2 is  team or group format, playing in groups of 3, 4 or 6's.  To have the best opportunity to land on Ignite's highest team, we highly recommend attending both days.

Due to coronavirus, please keep in mind that SPACE IS LIMITED due to COVID protocols. Furthermore, tryout format may significantly change based on current guidance from State and County Health Departments. If you are serious about trying out with Ignite, please register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

• 9-10:30 11-12u 
• 11-1pm: 13-14u 

Sunday, October 4th: 

• 11:00am: 11-12u 
• 1:00pm: 13-14u 

11-14U Makeup Tryouts:

• Monday, October 5th: 5:30-6:30pm
• Wednesday, October 7th: 5:30-6:30pm
• Saturday, October 10th: 11am

15-18u TRYOUT DATES/TIMES

Saturday, September 19th:

• 9-11am: 15-16u 
• 12-2pm: 17-18u 

Sunday, September 20th:

• 11-1pm: 15-16u   
• 1-3pm: 17-18u

A USAV Medical Release Form is required for each player. You can print the form here and bring with you to tryouts.  Forms are available at tryouts but parent must accompany player to complete and sign.
