New Fitness Programs

General Conditioning and Vertical Jump Programs Available

Ignite is excited to announce our new Fitness Programs. Lead by certified fitness trainer, Christopher Cardoza, players can choose one of two programs to meet their goals.

Choose the Ignite Fitness Program to get into volleyball shape, increase cardio, strength and endurance. Designed for players looking to increase overall fitness levels. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and meet three (3) times per week: a) Tues 3:30-4:15pm, b) Thurs 3:30-4:15pm, & c) Sat 9-9:45am. Sign up for a week at a time. Cost is $45 for the week. Limit 12 persons max.

Choose the Ignite Vertical Jump Program to increase explosiveness, speed and vertical jump. Designed for players who are in good physical shape and want to take their game to the next level. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and meet three (3) times per week: a) Tues 4:30-5:15pm; b) Thurs 4:30-5:15pm; and c) Sat 10-10:45pm. Cost is $60 for the week. Limit 12 persons max.

*No Fitness Classes Sept 22-Sept 26. Classes will resume the week of Sept 28th
