Congratulations on making a club team at Ignite!

This page will be your primary resource for completing all the steps required to accept your team offer and officially sign up for the 2026-2027 season. Please use the links below to complete each step.

Step 1: SoCal Cup Commitment

Complete your SoCal Cup Commitment using the links below below. This form officially confirms your commitment to Ignite Volleyball for the 2026–2027 season and confirms Ignite's commitment to you. SoCal Cup allows each player to sign only one Club Commitment Form each season with only one club.

Step 2: Club Registration

Use the link below to complete your Ignite Club Registration in SportsEngine (SE). During registration, you will:

Complete the player and parent information.
Review and accept the Ignite Club Agreement.
Submit your registration deposit.
Select a payment plan for the remaining season balance.

If you already have a SportsEngine account, simply log in. If this is your first season with Ignite, you will need to create a new SportsEngine account.

Step 3: Medical & Media Release Form

Use the link below to complete the Medical and Media Release Form. This is required by SoCal Cup in order for each player to compete.

Step 4: JVA Insurance Waiver

Complete your JVA Insurance Waiver using the link below. This insurance form is REQUIRED by JVA in order to compete on a club team. Please select "Ignite Volleyball Club, Chino, CA" in the drop down menu. Players are NOT required to have their own individual JVA membership, as their membership is covered through the club.

Step 5: Uniform Payment

Use your SportsEngine (SE) account to purchase the uniform package for the season. Ignite is a Mizuno sponsored club, wearing the same gear that the USA National teams use. Uniform fitting night is Wednesday, August 26th from 7-9pm for ALL boys teams. (Complete at uniform fitting on Wednesday–or earlier if preferred).

Complete your USAV Letter of Commitment using the link below. This form officially confirms your commitment to Ignite Volleyball for the 2026–27 season and confirms Ignite's commitment to you. USAV allows each player to sign only one Letter of Commitment each season with only one club.
