Ignite aims to maximize the player and family experience while ensuring exceptional value for our pricing. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to offering a high-quality, sustainable volleyball environment at a reasonable cost.
Cost will range between $3,200-$5,400 depending on the team. Factors include number of practices per week, travel tournaments and added value features. (See above for all that's included for our players). Final Pricing for each team will be available at tryouts.
Uniform fees are additional and not included in the Club Fees. For 24-25, they will range between $365-565. Our packages include: jerseys, warm-ups, spandex, practice shirts, knee pads, socks, and shoes. We partner with Eclectic Printing and are proudly sponsored by Mizuno, the official sponsor of USA Volleyball and the Paris '24 Olympics. Together, we offer quality, customized packages that include everything our players need to look and perform their best.
Ignite recognizes the rising costs of club sports. We work diligently to provide the best value while keeping costs set as much as possible. In addition, here are two ways that Ignite helps you with costs:
We recognize there are a lot of choices when it comes to club volleyball. Finding the right "fit" for players and families is important. Here are some of the top reasons to play for Ignite:
Ignite has partnered with arguably the best volleyball instruction available. GMS coaches are at the highest levels collegiately and internationally. Ignite takes Gold Medal principals and their coaching technique to provide solid fundamental and advanced training. Club coaches are trained by GMS staff.
Our mission is the development of players and a volleyball organization with value-driven goals. We provide a large number of scholarships and any "profits" are put back into the organization and into the players. Ignite is led by a board and directors with decades of experience running non-profits. You can be sure that policies and decisions are intentional and try to balance the needs of the organization and all its members. We care about our players and our families and strive to provide the best, sustainable volleyball experience and environment.
Ignite helps every player that wants to compete at the next level. There are over 1900 colleges with women's volleyball programs. It's a great opportunity for juniors to play beyond High School while receiving a solid education. Not only is our director and our coaches involved in recruiting, but Ignite has partnered with both NCSA and Volleyball Live Recruiting to: a) inform families on the recruiting process; b) develop personalized strategies; and c) give access to the best platforms for getting noticed by college coaches.
Every 15u and older team will be given an NCSA account and access to our club recruiter. Together we provide the best education and athletic matches to increase your chances of playing at the next level. Whether that's at a JC, D3, NAIA, D2 or D1 school, Ignite is committed to helping each and every player that wants to go to the next level.
Our coaches know volleyball, but they also care about each player. It’s a unique combination that makes us special. In a world that can be lacking in role models, our coaches are mentors who are personally invested in their development as players and people. Our coaches maturely speak to players and motivate them through frank conversations, encouragement, competition, and feedback. As an organization, we do not tolerate "screaming" at teammates, manipulation, or unhealthy coaching styles, which are, unfortunately, very prevalent among coaches. Ignite coaches use positive coaching techniques to get positive results.
Yes, we have our own gym, which means we set our own schedules, and there are no last-minute cancellations or court conflicts with schools or other community organizations. In addition, our own gym means you have access to other programs outside of practice times. Get extra individual reps or schedule private lessons--that's all because we have our own place. In addition, Ignite is centrally located in the Chino Valley just minutes from Chino/Chino Hills, and within 15-30 minutes of the many surrounding communities like: Eastvale, Ontario, Diamond Bar, Pomona, Corona, Mira Loma, Upland, Norco, Fontana, Montclair, Walnut, San Dimas, Rancho Cucamonga, Glendora, Riverside, Rialto, San Bernardino, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, and more.
At 10-20% less than the “bigger clubs” we believe in providing the best value. When considering what Ignite offers: the number of practices, local & travel tournaments, trainer workouts, assistant coaches, college recruiting, and specialized instruction, we believe in providing the best return on your investment of time, effort, and money.
Ignite is not too big, where people get "lost" among all the players in the gym ... and not too small to attract talented athletes. It's a perfect size to connect with other players and families while creating a competitive feel. Best of all, you have personal access to the director, administrative staff, and coaches.
To teach volleyball and better the community, while developing leadership qualities and players that are self-advocating and character-driven, raising the level of volleyball and the positive coaching culture in the Inland Valley. We further exist to assist players who desire an education and athletics at the collegiate level.
Ignite strives to provide all levels of players, from beginners to experienced athletes, with an opportunity to compete in club volleyball. We design our teams to provide the best experience for each level:
NATIONAL : Our highest level of team. These teams travel multiple times during the season. Practices are generally 3 times/week and include conditioning/strength training sessions. They compete in local SCVA tournaments, National Qualifiers (Red Rock Rave and Far Western Qualifier or Salt Lake City Showdown) and a year-end tournament (Junior Nationals, JVA West Coast Cup, AAU Nationals or Festival )
PREMIER: These teams travel multiple times during the season and and follow the National Team Schedule. Practices are generally 3 times/week and include conditioning/strength training. They compete in local SCVA tournaments, National Qualifiers (Red Rock Rave and Far Western Qualifier or Salt Lake City Showdown) and a year-end tournament (Junior Nationals, JVA West Coast Cup, AAU Nationals or Festival )
ELITE: plays at a high competitive level and attends 1-2 travel tournaments during the season. Practices are 2 times per week, with the option to sign up for conditioning/strength training at an additional cost. They play in local SCVA tournaments, a national qualifier (Red Rock Rave in Las Vegas) or Las Vegas Classic (depending on team) and attend a year-end tournament TBD (Summer Soiree, AAU Volleyball Festival or JVA West Coast Cup in Long Beach).
SELECT: designed for beginning to intermediate players. They Practice 2 times per week, participate in local SCVA tournaments and typically end the season at Summer Soiree. It provides a great beginning club experience without added schedule demands or travel.
LOCALS: Coming soon! Our Locals program is a new initiative designed to resemble youth recreational teams. This program aims to build upon the basics learned in group classes by incorporating elements such as volleyball IQ, rotations, and positions. Players will benefit from a team-oriented environment and the added element of competing. The Locals program is ideal for players who cannot commit to the full eight-month club season but seek more competition than our group classes provide. Locals teams will practice once a week with their assigned coach and compete once a month against other Locals teams. Each session lasts 2 months and players can sign up for multiple sessions or the entire season.
NATIONAL and Premier: These teams travel 1-2 times during the season. Practices are generally 2-3 times/week and include conditioning/strength training sessions (for 13's & 14's). They compete in local SCVA tournaments, a National Qualifier (Red Rock Rave) and a travel year-end tournament (Junior Nationals, or AAU Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, AZ )
ELITE: Practices are 2 times per week. They play in local SCVA tournaments and attend a year-end tournament (Summer Soiree).
SELECT: designed for beginning to intermediate players. They Practice 2 times per week, participate in local SCVA tournaments and end the season at the local SCVA championships. It provides a great beginning club experience without added schedule demands or travel.
Schedules are subject to change based on SCVA, USA Volleyball, AAU, JVA, or at the determination of Ignite coaches and admin.
Team Placement: At tryout registration, you will be asked to indicate your 1st and 2nd preferences for a team. We work hard to balance the team's needs while considering player preferences whenever possible.
Team placement ultimately depends on several factors including the number of players trying out, available spots, etc. We cannot guarantee how many teams we will have and how many spots will be offered.
